Hey, my name is Dario and this is my technical blog and engineering portfolio focused on Systems Administration, Hybrid Identity (Entra ID & Active Directory), Endpoint Engineering, and Enterprise Network Infrastructure.

With 7+ years of enterprise IT experience across financial services, national distribution, and large-scale fulfillment infrastructure, I specialize in keeping mission-critical systems reliable, managing hybrid directory and identity environments, engineering PowerShell diagnostic and automation tooling, and building resilient network topologies.

Core Focus Areas & Lab Tracks​

  • Hybrid Identity & Access Management: Administering on-premises Active Directory (AD DS) and Microsoft Entra ID, Entra Connect Sync, Conditional Access (RBAC/ABAC), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Group Policy (GPO), and M365 lifecycle governance.
  • Systems & Endpoint Engineering: Building Constrained Language Mode (CLM)-compatible PowerShell diagnostic and automation utilities, supporting Citrix Cloud VDI, and architecting Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM / MECM) labs for Thin-Image Windows 11 OSD task sequences and patch compliance.
  • Network Engineering & Hybrid Infrastructure: Deep-diving into Cisco Layer 2 / Layer 3 switching (VLANs, Rapid PVST+, LACP EtherChannel, VLSM), hardware pfSense firewalls, Cloudflare Zero Trust Tunnels with Traefik v3 & Authelia SSO, and multi-node Proxmox VE & K3s clusters governed via Azure Arc.
